  • At some places you can get brown rice sushi, which has a slight nutritional advantage. Why dont you start with an appy of edemame beans- they will fill you up a bit with nutritional goodness, then you can enjoy a smaller amount of sushi, and still feel satisfied!! good luck- i love sushi!

  • I downloaded butt bible level 1 on youtube. I did it once and was really tender for 2 days after (stairs & sitting were the worst). that being said, i dont ussualy work out. I would like to get some smokin' results... so how freqently should i do it?
  • The idea is that you eat your largest meals early in the day so your body can metabolize and digest well, however, it can be hard not to have a nice well rounded and fufilling dinner. I usally try to eat more in the mornings and stop eating no later then 7pm.
