Hey :-) I am 5'7 and currently 169. I want to lose 25lbs for now. Following the calories mfp as much as I can.

Hmm it can slowly develop. If nothing else I might get it checked just to be safe.

I have to say something in my defense. I am definately not jealous of my friends losing weight BUT if they are seriously starting to look like they are starving themselves and I am worried about them I should have the right to say something.

Girl enjoy the Broetchen. They don't have that many calories and a good breakfast doesn't hurt. I never heard or knew of anyone who gained weight from Broetchen. We finally got a German Bakery close by and I am loving it. Hallo alle zusammen, bin auch Deutsch,komme aus Rheinland-Pfalz, aber lebe jetzt in Vegas.
