I don't think it really matters. Just a matter of personal preference. But for me, in the mornings after I have my coffee I am like "woo hoo let's go let's do this!!!!" but at night I am like "I am not gonna live through this maybe I will just do ten mins instead of thirty". LOL

Yeah, I agree. I do not consider it a plateau unless it lasts longer than a week. As long as you are making weekly progress, you are headed in the right direction. It is a process that takes time. There are no short cuts. :smile:

Whenever I am too under my calories at the end of the day, I drink a glass of skim milk and have a snack with it like dark chocolate, or some leftover veggies from dinner.

When my calories are too low at the end of the day, I drink a glass of skim milk. It is maybe 140 calories I think. Maybe a glass of milk with a piece of dark chocolate, or cheese, or peanut butter? Will help you sleep good too! :)
