Are you drinking enough water besides during your workout? Remember, you must drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. If you are sweating a lot during your workouts, then you will have to drink more to replace the fluids that you are losing when sweating.

Eat at night...if you have calories left over. It isn't what time you eat, it's how many calories you take in vs. how many calories you expend. I eat right up till I go to bed some nights, but it's celery sticks and other veggies, very low calorie and high fiber things.

Nothing beats a nice big glass of plain water. The fitness water and gatorade is full of processed sugar, so you will have to watch how much you intake. Pears and apples work great because they are so full of fiber. And the natural sweetness of the fruit will satisfy the sweet tooth.
