Unfortunately the food industry doesn't get it. When they make "fat free", they load up with sugar, and when they make "sugar free" they load up with fat. Thank you, it does feel great. I've never been a size 8 before in my life. I was a size 14 when I graduated from high school and have been between size 14 and 20 since. These are the smallest jeans I've ever had.

Don't worry so much about the calories while you're down. Your body will need additional calories to heal and the most important thing right now is to get better, then you can focus on your calorie intake again. I'm not saying "Go crazy", but don't fret about the calories in the cough syrup.
