  • The start of this college year i started drinking alot more than i have before. I am not able to loose any weight right now because of the drinking of beer. The biggest thing i want to do is cut out all the beer, liqour, and cokes. The mios help alot with wanting something sweet to drink.

  • well everyone i have lost now 36 pounds!! i could not be any happier. i will definitely post a picture of me in my bridesmaid dress in these next few weeks. i ended up having to get alterations done so that it would show off my still curvy body. I pick it up in 2 weeks. i can not wait to see how it fits.
