I forgot to post that I nailed day 3.......then spent the last 4 hours crawling up and down a ladder and staining beams. I sat down for a minute and now I'M SO SORE. UGH!

My brother has both a boy and a girl (with the same wife) that were both born 6 fingers each hand and 6 toes each foot....they chose to have them removed.

I make something very similar with fresh basil & feta instead of pepperjack and cilantro-but that sounds great to mix it up a bit! :)

I'm starting tomorrow for the same reason.....I didn't get very far last time I did it because of time(Military wife with 2 kids, 2 jobs and a deployed husband) However, I'm not working outside the home this time so I'm going to BRING IT. :)

Done it-unless I'm living in a cave, it doesn't work for me. Can't concentrate, irritable, no energy for workouts.....all that stuff 'they' say is true for me. I've stopped 'refined' carbs...or 'white' carbs...

I look every day and log once a week and if it seems weird.....I want to be able to see trends. :)

Question!!! I usually workout barefoot(kickboxing, tae bo etc...) because shoes really hurt my feet. I'm a total beach bum and am barefoot most of the time. You think the transition would be easier, because that is one of the things holding me back from trying them. I'm not into pain. much. haha

I no longer own one, but LOVED working out on one. If you can swing it(haha) IMO the hanging ones are better. Amazing workout and stress reliever. I'd check Amazon or play it again sports.....freestanding are fairly light so shipping isn't bad at all...

I love my wine as well. I fit it in my diary fine with exercise etc, but if I have more than one glass-all self control is gone. I have to agree with the lower GI bleed-not a nurse, but one of my very first EMS calls was for this.....ugh. No way to describe.

I'm doing my best-it's a process for sure, but I've noticed a huge difference in how I feel so I'm in it for life.

I'm in the same boat. 4lbs in 45 days-but I'm down a size in both tops and bottoms.... It's very frustrating. Just keep on working!!!
