  • That is awesome results! I did a round of Insanity and lost 8lbs and 18 inches. And my food was not good. In fact, It was sortof hit or miss. I did good some days and bad others. It is an awesome program! Congrats on getting through it!! Good luck on another round!!
  • I agree that a month will be a good time between weigh ins. That way you will have a significant weight loss by then. Rather than just 2 or 3lbs. So hang in there. I am a scale addict and I wish I wasn't. I would love to throw out my scale and just weigh at the dr. But I can't afford to go to the dr just to weigh.

Caffeine does work as a diuretic in the body, hence the reason they say that if you are working out and sweating you shouldn't drink caffeine because it does not hydrate you.   • Another thing you could try is mixing up your calories. For example, if you are allowed 1400 calories a day, that would be 9800 calories a week. So what you would do is eat 1200 one day then 1600 one day then 1200 then 1800 then 1300 then 1200 then 1500. You see you just mix it up everyday with one day being fairly high.…

  • I agree with Bearface..I would label it circuit training. It may be a little high, but its better than nothing. I just wouldn't eat those calories just to be on the safe side. Jennifer

  • I think a good way to determine how much to drink is if you are trying to lose weight, you should drink half your body weight in ounces each day. I think you can drink too much but I think what matters is to try and keep it the same everyday. If it fluctuates very much you could retain water. Like if you drink 100oz one…
