  • I can relate! I am on a tight budget & I love food :) What works for me is eating lots of fruits & veggies that keep me full. I also try to limit too many animal fats from meat, cheese, etc. You are welcome to check out my diary. It's open. I'm certainly NOT perfect. But, you are welcome to look. Do you cook? You can…

  • Hello! I just joined this group. My baby girl is almost 7mo old, and I'm really trying to tackle the weight I gained during pregnancy (55lbs). I love taking classes at the gym because I can take Lucy with me & she loves the day care. I also enjoy running outdoors, and am looking forward to breaking in the jogger I bought…

  • I still have quite a bit to go...but my belly is definitely flabby! I'm 6.5 mo PP. I have been trying to do more strength training & core work to strengthen the muscles so I can hold it in tighter...but, it hasn't gone away. I had belly fat pre-pregnancy...so, it's a problem area for me anyway. I think it will look a lot…
  • I'm in the same boat! My 6.5mo old's feet hang over the edge of the infant seat & the straps are lower than her shoulders, so it's time to get a bigger one. Both of our cars barely fit the infant seat, so we are looking for something smaller in scale, but that fits our baby.
  • 180 - pre-pregnancy 235 (ish) - at 41 weeks/delivery 199 - 2 weeks pp 206 - 6 weeks pp 203 - last week It was difficult going back to work & staying healthy. I actually gained weight...but, I wasn't really trying not to. After a few months I decided to get on MFP & really tackle the weight! I'm looking forward to seeing…
  • It's been challenging! I'm looking for friends & support too :) I was not able to breastfeed, so I'm not burning those extra calories, and going back to work makes hard to find time to exercise & easy to eat poorly.
  • I'll add you. I'm looking for motivational support from other mama's too!
  • Hi! I just joined the group. Lucy just turned 6mo, and I'm ready to lose the bulge I gained with pregnancy! Looking for friends to keep motivated. I'm 205 & want to be 160. Pre-baby weight was 180.
  • Hey Mama's! Lucy is 6mo today. I've been making time to exercise almost daily, and committed to tracking food recently. I gained 55lbs with pregnancy. I lost 30 in 2 weeks, then gained about 6 when I started back to work (6 weeks postpartum). The scale has not budged. I'm 205 today. My first goal is to break the 200 mark.…
