  • Personally, I need a scale to hold myself accountable. Unfortunately I am one of those that can't tell the subtle changes as far as clothing fit, etc. I weigh myself every morning before I shower for work, but only record my weight on MFP every few days. Otherwise I am likely to get discouraged by the daily fluctuations…
  • I get home from work at about 5:15 and since I have an elliptical at home, I immediately hop on and workout BEFORE dinner. Like so many others, I find that if I allow myself to get comfortable after work, it is really unlikely for me to get my butt in gear again.
