Uhg, my eletronic scale likes to remind me of my body fat/muscle. Currently at a disgusting 45%. My goal is 26-28%, so we'll see from there!

So my month was kinda shot for the first two weeks with being really retardedly sick. So now the rest of the month my goals are: -Run every day -Restart P90x Leans program -Loose 10lbs this month BONUS ROUND -Try to hit 1,000 calories burned in one day (three times a week).

Heh. My dad kinda did that one time when we were growing up. Had a huge Halo 2 tournament in the house with all our friends (four tv's, four xbox's, four players each. That's 16 hungry teenagers +3 girlfriends). Dad walked into the room and announced to all of us "A dollar for anyone who kills my son!" Needless to say, we…

A good center cut of bacon is actually an excellent source of protein. Just watch the sodium. And don't buy cheap stuff.

The military recommends you replace both shoes and inserts every three months or sooner. This is with, keeping in mind, daily use of said shoes for PT. Two cent advice- only use your running shoes for running, have a separate pair for working out in. Need different shoes for such activities.

"Ranch" styled greek yogurt dip with pita chips, and vegetable platter. Very easy- take a container of greek yogurt (one of those 35 oz from Fage 0% would be best), two ranch packets- mix in a bowl. Serve with sides. You get protein, veggies, and it tastes great. Or switch it up, and have hummus too. Some people might like…

Depending on the craving I either chug ice cold water, or do hot tea. Or peanut butter. I allow myself a snack of 100 calories or so, just because I have a thing where I eat full meals (250-350 calories) every 3 hours. But like two or three 100 calories snacks throughout the day (IE: between lunch/dinner and a evening…

I run to be zombie proof. Weight's coming off with sensible diet and lifestyle. I also do P90x. Before I was just running, I averaged about 1-2 pounds a week.

I've always stand with by butter over margarine if it has to be used. Always. Because at least I know whats in it. Rule of thumb*-- If you can't pronounce an ingredient listed in your food, you probably shouldn't be eating it. * (Not the case of the rule that dictates the thickness of the stick that's allowed to beat women…

Remember kids, your body naturally changes every 5-6 years. So one year you may be fine with cats, the next year breakout from their dander.

I drink tea. If that doesn't cut it, I have a hot cup of low-cal soup (vegetble ect.) Hot food, hot drinks- fill you faster. Tea has 0 calories. And you can get neat 'foodie' flavors too: http://www.davidstea.com/birthday-cake

ex-WoW player here. Quit at the end of the last released raid for Cata. Currently in GW2/SWTOR (as they fit my budget and let me feel less pressured to playing other games 'omg i have a subscription, I shouldn't spend money to buy anything else and only play this game'- just a personal psychological effet I have). Huge…

SO delicious. No really, it's what they're called. They're icecream bars made with coconut and almond milk.

Feels to fad-tastic really to be said the good or the bad. Nothing a good -clean- diet and some moderate excersize won't already do for you. Save your dosh, or go buy some hot tea if you're feeling pecking and over calories.
-
The good- Pickles. Yay. Little to no calories. Boo, sodium. The bad- Fluck a duck. My lust of take out wonton soup will be the end of me. I've been fat all my life, no thanks to both myself and the amount of bad junk food in my childhood (having my parents divorce twice and being raised by grandparents who spoil you, ect).…

Try adding a whey protien shake in the mix. And a casein one 90 minuets before bed.

Pita can be warm or room temp. If you buy it premade, just eat it. I like my microwaved a bit. And my hummus a little warm. If it's plain hummus, add a little paprika and some olive oil to it before heating it up. Adds a nice spark. There is also a sabara brand that has red peppers in it (not to hot, just more flavorful…

WHole grain tortillas, or blue corn chips and salsa. Replacing your dip ingredieants with greek yogurt is also a start. The smart food chip line is pretty solid tasting as well.

Day 2. On Leans for the first week, debating if I want to alternate week to week really.

Just know whats in your food, really. I like making egg noodle 'hamber helper', with my own spices, skim milk and some fat-free greek yogurt.

I've been working out at home and outside for almost a year and a half, and I was considering joining a gym to work with people. A lot of gyms have good deals for membership these first few weeks. Then I read this thread.
