As a recovering closet binge eater, I've done a ton of fat-*kitten* things I'm not proud of...... the one thing that stands out the most to me, though, is that I stole a seat belt extender from an airline so I wouldn't have to keep asking for one on every flight. :ohwell:

I'm with the rest of the posters.....best thing to do would be to see your doctor and have some tests run like maybe an EKG and stress test. It could have been something really simple like dehydration or low blood sugar. Could have been something more serious and this episode was a warning sign..... Good luck

Since joining MFP, I've found dieting (either to gain or lose) is very much like religion in that people think their way is the right way and everyone else is wrong. It's unmotivating and unsupportive and downright sad.....everyone's goal on this site is the same: to feel and be a healthier person. I say do whatever works…

I have a pair of pants that was the smallest size I've ever worn. I can't tolerate simple carbohydrates anymore! White bread tastes like nothing....greasy/fried foods make my skin feel "thick" (it's a strange feeling but it's hard to explain. It's like it feels heavy.) Sugar and salt give me a splitting head ache. I've started to notice my body feels bloated after eating certain foods.

i REALLY hope I get more attention as I lose weight, because I get zero now....actually now that I think about it I've never really gotten attention from guys even when I was at my lowest weight (around 160.) Crap....I might be screwed (and not in the fun way.) :sad:

I prefer low-fat cottage cheese over regular because of the taste and consistency. I dunno....I'm picky about it...I can't stand runny cottage cheese, lol. I also perfer diet soda over regular because the sugary stuff makes my teeth gross and my breath nasty.

I'd seen people using spaghetti squash in place of pasta, so I tried it once. It didn't work for me.....lol:noway: The taste....i was like "i'm eating squash with tomato sauce....gross" :)

Ah, the ritual...lol...I have one too...I weigh in public so i don't have the luxury of being naked, but I try to wear the same outfit every time I do it (the lightest outfit possible, of course, ha) :laugh:
