Swimming is the most enjoyable exercise I've found for myself. I HATE being hot and sweaty and sticky....I just wish I could afford to put in my own pool.

Be careful stopping these at the same time. I'm afraid your body might revolt on you! I'm on Effexor and I know the withdrawal symptoms first hand. I know being on a drug like effexor can cause weight gain...I don't know about nuvaring. I can tell you the w/d symptoms of effexor will make you not want to eat or purge…

You sort of have to find a happy medium. I can tell you for sure that eating a higher protein diet will help you keep your calorie count down because it helps you feel fuller. At least that's how it is for me! :)
