In order to lose weight you may either need to cut out carbs OR fat...or just focus on cutting out bad carbs and bad fats... I think what matters the most is which one you think you will be able to sustain for the long-term, because weight loss is a long term goal.

I do have some very lovely and encouraging friends who have been a big part of my weight loss journey!!! I am extremely grateful for them! yeah, i definitely used to feel that way. but on a high protein low carb diet i'm missing out on so many things that others around me are eating and these products seem to give me somewhat of a solution to it without the guilt that comes with actually eating the bad stuff. it's more convenient, i can have something similar…

on thanksgiving i ate loaddssss of carbs and sugars...i gained about 10 pounds all of a sudden...NO JOKE...of course it all came off in a week but that really taught me never to go THAT overboard again....if i want to treat myself, i'll have a scoop of ice cream or a piece of chocolate...but i would never have a full cheat…
