I was a WW member for 2 years but had to quit due to knee replacement surgery. Well I gained my weight back and 7 more. Recouping took months. Now I need a hip replacement! So depressing besides the pain and weight. I had used MFP for many years but it didn’t work! Since I can’t go to WW here I am. Friend me if you’d like!…

Hi there! I’m 66. Time flies. Lost 10 pounds and became discouraged- joined WW AND DID great but due to getting knee replacement surgery I left. Now I’m getting hip replacement surgery and gained my 25 back. Very depressing and all my new clothes are tight. I’m emotional eating. So, I’m back to MFP. It’s so hard and I just…

Yes I was a member for close to 2 years. My knee replacement surgery put a damper on me. I've gained and now back to 2 years ago. Also, I now need hip replacement surgery.

Hi all. I was a member of WW for close to 2 years! Loved the program. I had knee replacement surgery 4 months ago, had to leave WW. Online doesn't work for me and I was in much pain. Now, most of my knee pain is gone and was just told I need a hip replacement. So, I've been stuffing my face as an outlet. All my beautiful…

Over 850. Logging is the easy part.

Almost 2 years/30 pounds! Very depressing.

Today was Day 700 for me. Feel free to add me if you need praise and motivation.

I use an HRM. it says between 95 to 101 for me. I do modify though due to my age and my bad hip.

I am. I will be 62 in a month. Officially will become a senior citizen. Yikes! It has taken me almost 2 years to lose 30 pounds. I have been on here that long. Since January 1st I have exercised intensely. I did Just Dance and I am currently doing the Shred. Besides vanity, I want to lose more so I don't need a hip…

WOW! I never heard of those sizes. My condolences to you.

Well said! I totally agree, plus when they are big, they sag. Not pretty.

I have been doing it for over a month. I stay on Level 1 as I have a very bad hip. I modify the jacks. Level 2 is hard for me and Level 3 impossible. However, I am 62. The rest of you should have no problem with it.

I am returning my Flex. It is garbage. Save your money.

I have the Ultra and love it. last week I upgraded to the Flex. DON'T BOTHER! The band did not close. I wrote them 4 times to return it. It took them over 5 days to respond. Their customer service is horrible. I would look int alternatives. How bout a BodyMedia? I would never recommend Fitbit.

I wish I could find my picture the night before I had my son. I was sitting down and my stomach had an Entemmans cake box on top of it. It was a shelf. I was huge. This was in '76, no elaborate technology. The doctor thought twins. The weirdest is that I SMOKED. I had natural childbirth with my 11 pounder. BTW, he is 37.…

My son was 10'15. I went to many doctors. They told me surgery. I was 24 at the time. I worked my *kitten* off. I am also 5'5/ I went down to 115 at one point. At 62 they are still here. Surgery is the only option to get rid of the skin or so I was told by doctors. Think of all those obese people on BL, they all get skin…

I looked like that when I had my baby. He is now 37 but was 10 pounds, 15 ounces when he was born. How big was the baby?

Thanks for posting.

I have done it for a month. I busted my *kitten*. I lost no weight and 2 inches. It has got to be me. I am still doing it.
-
Wow! I am beyond impressed!

I am almost 62. I have a bad hip but I do the 30Ds t the best of my ability. I would be insane to do insanity. Good Luck!
-
I have been doing it all of May. I did take a day off/ I am going back to Level 1 as my hip is very bad. I am in. I am 61 if I can do it anyone can!

I have been here for over 600 days. Bad or good I log my food. It is an excellent site if you use it. If you are motivated feel free to add me.

I totally agree. One of my friends here lost over 130 pounds..no surgery. She went to a nutritionist. At first her calories were 1600, later 1200. She stuck and still sticks to a very clean diet. She loses consistently and has less then 30 pounds t go. It can be done. I suggest a nutritionist and finding people on here who…

I use an HRM.

I am doing the shred. I am now on Level 2. It is not easy for a 62 year old. I wish they had it when I was younger. I have a very bad hip so no planks for me. Good Luck.
