My favorite protein shake is 1 cup of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (40 cal), 2 scoops of protein powder, 6 oz egg whites, 2 Tablespoons sugar free/fat free Butterscotch Instant Pudding Mix, and 1 Tablespoon of Reduced Sugar Peanut Butter. Tastes like a Butterfinger. Yum!
