Muscle weighs more than fat. Muscle is tighter packed than fat...which means toned. Which means loss in inches. Go measure your legs/torso/upper arms. :)

Have it. Seriously. Your body is screaming for something. Obviously within moderation. Maybe next time just have a half of one. I Just had my lunch and went for some lindor chocolate... usually I would eat 3 'balls' I am going to do 1. Who knows maybe thats just enough. Wouldn't hurt to try :)

Best weapon ever! Terriyaki Salmon (baked) with rice and carrots/broccoli -home make ur terriyaki so u can control the amount of sodium and sugar! Throw in some garlice and parsley when you throw your rice in! Matter of fact u can do 50/50 with a broth and cook your rice that way...... deliciousness!!
