Didn't weigh in last week, so I've lost 3lbs over the last 2 weeks!! =)

Had a boost of motivation today :smile: Weekends aren't much of a problem for me, it's any day really! But I'm going to a house party on Monday :drinker: soooo, I'll try not to give in to temptation too much :laugh: Goals for today: 2 litres of water and stick to calorie limit... for a change!

I weighed in yesturday and lost 1/4 lb At least it's something :) I was surprised I lost anything at all the amount I ate last week! :laugh:

Today's a rest day for me :) I'm going to see my mum and brother today and she's cooking me a Sunday roast :flowerforyou: (with desert :love: ) So my mini-goal is not to over eat, and to get straight back to tracking tomorrow.

Mini-goals for today: -Hit my macros -Go to the gym -Make better choices and avoid junk food :smile:

I love to run, but running makes my knees and shins flare up :frown: I like using the elliptical too and going for bike rides and walking :) Weight training is my absoluate favourite though, after gymnastics of course :love:

I achieved both my mini-goals for today :) Although, I did go over my calorie limit, but it was still under maintenace, so all is good!

Day 2 mini goals -Drink at least 2 litres of water -I'm starting back at gymnastics tonight :noway: so bring some healthy snacks and avoid buying junk food whilst I'm out!

I don't know much but I thought the 'basics' of max HR was 220-age, so I don't see how he's gotten his HR to 208 in the first place, correct me if I'm wrong! Maybe it has something to do with your resting HR, if it's lower then surley it must be harder to get to a higher HR whilst exercising etc. And a 'healthier' heart…
