I have a friend who follows this and seems to love it, although they are not doing it to lose weight but it seems to help with what they crave and what makes them feel slugish....etc..... I normally don't log cleaning UNLESS it is extreame cleaning like moving furniture, moping under it...climbing up and down a ladder to wash windows etc. It has to be for atleast an hour before I would log it either. Just a personal choice, i think my body is already used to and well adapted to picking up around the house…

Thanks! these all sound yummy! I thought about the fruit and salad thing but someone already beat me to it LOL And everyone else brings options that are just not in my calorie range..... I checked out the South Beach Diet Page. They look super yummy too

Sigh... I ate Oreos..... I am pretty sure I kept them in business for a while....... Mine was more about Quanity of food vs. Quality.... now its the other way around! I would much rather have less of a good quality food. I also skipped breakfast and drank soda all day long and never moved.... Thank Goodness thats over with

And the update: I got the dress of my dreams! I tried on an 18W and it was too big so we went down to a 16W and it was to big we ended up ordering a 14 Regular! YAY I am super happy!! Thanks for all of your encouraging words!

Again thanks! You all have made some great points. I really need to focus more on me in the dress than the number in the size. I just need to get past that. I have some friends coming with me and I know atleast one of them would tell me if the dress didn't suit me. Just hoping to find the perfect one.
