Thanks everyone, I have it to lose for sure! My goal is 90 but I have lost 21 already.... I have been meeting my calorie intake everyday but most of the time i don't eat my exercise cals back....

it makes a huge difference for me. I am less hungry and less likley to overeat if i can get my water in.

Your Shape with Jenny Mcarthy - it's not a game, but a pretty good workout Just dance - Pretty good Zumba is amazing but isn't as great as the actual class and some of the interactive wii sports like boxing are a real work out as well.

The DVD has all 3 levels. you will need a yoga mat (if you are doing it on a hard surface) and 2 hand weights. 3 pound or 5 pound. I log it as Aerobic, general and get about 240 calories for 20 minutes. I love it, and highly recommend it, IF you will stick with it through the sweat and pain.

I keep a 3 liter bottle of water in the fridge at work..... and i LOVE ice cold water... So I look at it as this is how much i should drink by .... whenever... and kinf of pace myself but challenge myself at the same time. And it keeps me full so more of a motivation. I now drink 6 liters of water a day and no soda, tea,…
