Why don't you set mini goals for yourself and if you achieve them float on a huge cloud of happiness which in my opinion is the greatest award you can give yourself!!!

WW is basically the same thing as counting calories- You still have to keep track of what you eat and how much of it you eat.. The only difference is: instead of counting calories you figure it out by points and you get so many points per day!!

I'm new here as well and haven't been eating my exercise calories either.. Reading those post just confused me more. Do we eat them or just leave them alone??

I just started 3 days ago as well. I like how it tells you after each time you submit your food diary for the day that if you keep doin this in 5 weeks you'll weigh this amount!!! Good Luck to you :)
