Oh shoot!!!! Thanks for posting this! I completely forgot about updating my weight stats in my HRM! I need to do that tonight before I work out. I'm going to make it a weekly practice...weigh in and change HRM stats.

Perfect answer!

Oh definitely not...I'm the same person I was before I lost weight...I'm just pickier when it comes to food. I'm not the kind of person who tries to push my lifestyle on anyone else either....

BEST post of the day!!!!!!!

Great post!!! I've been wondering about MHR. My "zone" is between 118 and 155...I can never manage to stay there there...normally my heart is going 180-ish...if it's less than that I feel like I'm standing still...

Well said! I love myself enough too!!!!!!! 18 pounds to go! I WILL get there!

ChaLEAN Extreme is definitely not a fast paced work out program. It's exactly opposite...it's slow and deliberate. She takes all the momentum out of strength training. When you order the program it will come with a lower body band and a resistance band...and really that's all you need. I did this program a while back and…

I'm dying to try this at my desk!!!!!

SPIDERS!!!!! Eeeeeekkkkk!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for posting this! You are simply AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm a HUGE fan of Elvis oatmeal...oats, peanut butter, banana and almond milk...HEAVEN!!!!

Absolutely. I cook, season and freeze it when I know that we're going to be pressed for time with the kiddos...it's awesome to just thaw it and prepare the rest of the meal...

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Turbo Jam. I did it for two years and then switched to Turbo Fire...HUGE results with both programs. I would only use the weighted gloved if you want your arms to look AWESOME! have a GREAT time with Turbo!!!

I love the article...and I don't think they've gone too far by any means. My daughter can't a ton of processed foods for medical reasons...and she's not deprived...we as a family are healthier because of it. Kudos to this family. My kids, because of food allergies, are not able to have things like birthday cake...and they…

I used to do Turbo Jam at work during my lunch break...but I got to the point where I was sweating too much and didn't like the feeling of being sweaty for the rest of the day at work. So, now I take the stairs every chance I get (and it's a LOT of stairs, lol!) I normally try to walk for a few minutes during my lunch too.…

I've been where you are...do not beat yourself up! You look amazing!!!!!! a 50 pound weight loss is HUGE!!!! When I hit the 50 pound mark I felt the exact same way...but it passes. Keep your chin up and keep moving forward. You look incredible!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats on fitting back into that dress! It looks great! I would DEFINITELY go for the second pair...I love love love nude colored shoes and they're very in right now!

This sounds awesome! Personally, I'd mix the broccoli and brown rice in with the egg beaters...nom nom nom!!!!!!

That rocks!!! What an awesome NSV! Keep it up!!!!!!

Thank you! Those are the reasons I try not to let it bother me...my clothes continue to fit better and better (some of my clothes are getting too big! yay!) and it seems like lately, more people are mentioning how "good" I look. So, I'm taking all in stride. Oh, and most of the time I'm okay with it not…

Thanks everyone! It really does feel amazing that someone turned to me for advice...it was also very humbling...I never thought that I would be in a position to help others this way.

I'm a Turbo Jam veteran...I had done it for 2 years before ordering Turbo Fire. If you have doubts about being a beginner and doing this workout, you can do the 9 week prep schedule before you dive into the regular "class" schedule. I took this route and it helped me TONS. It gives you a chance to get the routines down. Oh…

I'm 5'10"...I'm aiming for 150lbs...but I'm going to let my body (muscle mass) determine what weight I'm going to hold steady at. I think that as long as your happy with your health, how you look and how your clothes feel it shouldn't matter if you weigh 150 or 165...

I like Silk Unsweetened Almond milk...only 35 calories for 8 ounces. Yum!!!

My son (he's really athletic and knows quite a bit about nutrition/fitness) tells me to eat them back if I'm hungry and only if I'm hungry. For me, not eating those calories when I'm hungry makes the scale stop moving...

My experience was that I didn't need the expensive shoes anymore since I had the orthodics. I just needed a shoe that had enough cushion toward the toe. Hope that helps...

I can totally identify...I'm a T2 Diabetic (recently taken off my meds by the doctor because of my 70lb weight loss). Holy cow, when that blood sugar bottoms out...bad things start to happen. And you're right...you cannot shove enough food in fast enough. For me the magic window of stable blood sugar is 90-110. Anything…

First, I LOVE the blue eye shadow in your 70's party pic. Woo! Talk about memories!! Second, yes, ditch those insecurities, you look AWESOME!!!

You look FANTABULOUS!!!! What an inspiration!

I LOVE Turbo Fire...I started with the 9 week prep schedule (to protect my shoulder)...in 6 weeks I've lost 13 pounds and 21.5 inches. I can't wait to get to the regular schedule...
