One of my favorite snacks (which should come in less than 100 calories) is 1/2 cup cottage cheese with 3 sliced strawberries and a sprinkle of cinnamon...SO good!

Emeril's Big Easy Bold is by far my favorite...but really, any of the bold coffees are good, I can't stand the lighter roasts. Oh and if you look at TJ Maxx, they sometimes have boxes of 18 for $7.99...I bought two the last time I was there.

I have the FT4 (LOVE IT!)...all you have to do it push one of the buttons on the right side of the receiver. Then just keep pushing it until you see the information that you want.

For me, the estimation is usually pretty close to what I burn according to my HRM. But I would guess that it depends on how hard you push yourself. If you're dogging it, you're not going to burn as much as the estimate on MFP.

You might try changing the batteries (cheaper than buying a new scale)...I had the same problem with gaining like that. I changed the batteries and not only had I NOT gained but I actually lost. It goes both ways for me...if I'm hungry before I work out then I eat...otherwise I don't. I'm not one of those folks who get sick when I eat before I work out. It actually keeps me from puttering out during my workout.
