I use a cheap generic birth control: Triprevifim or something like that. I've been on it for about a year and haven't had weight issues. With diet and exercise, I've been able to lose a few pounds so it doesn't seem to hinder the weight loss process. It's pretty cheap at the college I attend, too.

I'm 5'4 and 127 lbs right now. My goal weight is 115, but because I'm focusing on building muscle, my final weight might be a bit higher. 130 is a great weight to be at, but it's up to how you feel. I focus more on my clothing size rather than weight now, though.

I find that when I don't eat enough or if I don't drink enough water, I will get what I call, "hunger headaches." I've gotten them all my life. For a quick snack that you can carry around, I love Kashi pumpkin and flax granola bars. Their crunchy, so they're great for a 3pm snack or for when you're a little stressed. They're also good with the protein content, and they're not too high in sugar. Put peanut butter on them, and you'll fill up nicely!

Normally I do my research, but I was running late for a movie, and we went there spontaneously... Not that I'm making excuses or anything, lol. It's just a shock; it's probably all the butter and the fact that it's not nutritionally dense. I guess I'll make up for it tomorrow.
