that happened to me too but I kept drinking it and now that is all I drink (except a Mai Tai here or there!) it just takes used to and the benefits to your health are way worth it!!

No need to be discouraged. It is very normal for a person to lose some weight and then hover and yo yo over the the same lb or two but if you stick with it and don't give up then you will begin to see the scale drop again. before you undertake anything like that please see your doc for a check up and have your labs done. That is super important so that you have a base line. I think fasts can be dangerous if taken to extreme. So be careful. Good luck!
