Yes, I agree with SparkleKittie...set up a firm mommy time and be consistent about it. Also take the kids out with you while you walk or jog. You will be setting a great example for them. I definately take my doggies. A chow/retriever mix (Sweetie) and chi/maltese mix(Sassy)....they loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee their walks! We usually come home dead tired after 25-45 min walks. We take a couple of rest breaks cuz Sweetie is 13 and Sassy has short legs and their momma gets pooped too! :laugh:

Not necessarily specific songs. I use pandora and love cumbia, salsa, older 80's and definately motown upbeat. Keeps me moving and dancing while I make dinner ;-) and when I go for walks with my doggies. Thanks for asking :flowerforyou:

This happens to me when TOM comes to visit, I carry water weight anywhere between 3-6 lbs. It is frustrating so I just put it all in perspective by eating well, drinking more water and continuing to excercise. I know it will go away.

Don't feel stupid you obviously were looking for tips and guess what!! Here you are :flowerforyou: Don't stress just log your food, drink your water, excercise and above all watch your fat and sugar intake...you'll get there when your body realizes you are not starving it! All in good time!

Welcome and good luck on your journey. Sad to say I but I also eat when I get stressed. It is just a bad habit and I've been trying to curb it by finding other things to do..walking and drinking water helps me a lot. I also have changed my attitude to not let others ruin my journey. Chicken tacos...I like to make a filling that includes the following: chopped cucumber chopped avocado dill lime serrano pepper (optional-I use this a lot as I like spicy) salt and pepper to taste. I heat up my tortilla fill with shredded chicken and my filling...yummy!
