I am with both of these guys... heavy cardio to build up the deficit and TRY to stay in moderation.. the spooon idea is pretty cool to help there too... all my friends and family know I am counting every calorie so I know they won't be offended if I make sure to sample instead of avoid!

I love my fresh bread but if I am eating fast food I do try to get the better burger and usually don't eat the bun. I have noticed that I don't get that bloated sensation and I can still enjoy a few french fries while I am splurging!

Awesome program! I try to do at least one of the routines per day! Love the 20-minute workout and it works great with Ab Jam to give you a nice 40 minute workout! Why binge? If you KNOW it is that difficult and it is reasonable to allow for some sort of dessert just make sure that you budget it into your calories OR put in that extra workout to stay in your goals but don't cheat yourself out of the enjoyment (within reason)! I also love fresh candy corn at this time of the season...…

Too funny! With Halloween around the corner and sweets under foot in the office, I portioned out one serving (20 pieces) of candy corn....BIG WEAKNESS and I made that 140 calories last over 3 hours.. yes, it was worth it! LOL
