The formula I keep hearing is something like half of your body weight=grams of protein you should be eating. With my protein set at 30%, my grams of protein is more than my weight in lbs. (130 grams of protein, 115 lbs). Should I be eating even more than that? More importantly, is it bad to eat more than that?

142.22!!!! So technically, whatever is done before the Panthers game is over today and I get out to walk myself will count! We're so close...let's see if we can make it! If y'all can get in another 5.5, I'll finish it up!

I can't believe how awesome y'all are! I've been up on my feet all day and I think officially feeling like myself again. After watching the game tomorrow I'm hoping to walk my 2 miles, MAYBE even jog a little bit. So I guess the challenge is done but feel free to keep posting! Thanks so much to ALL of you for your support…

86.6 miles so far! Going back to work for half the day tomorrow...hopefully getting back to my 2.25 mile loop this weekend! I'd LOVE to see you reach 150 before then!

The couch to 5k program is great, takes 2 months if you start at the beginning. I may be trying it again starting next week if you want to join me?

It looks like you are eating very little fat and not enough protein. Are you a vegetarian? A handful of nuts every day might help!

Today's my 7th day being caffeine free! Although I really want a pumpkin spice latte, I'm feeling pretty good. And I think at the end of next week when I do get one, it'll be decaf!

Awesome! I'm on my 2nd day of that "transition" period. I'm starting an actual cleanse on Wednesday. I've been eating quite a bit, it's just all healthy, and no caffeine which is rough. Also, I've never been much of a cook, and I've been cooking all my own food! From scratch! But I'm a little anxious about the next 2…

I still plan on eating--I love food too much to fast! Just cutting out all the unnecessary things--processed foods, caffeine, alcohol, salt, sugar, etc. I've tried a few times before and it's always very stressful. I'm trying to figure out how to be healthy with a busy schedule, limited income, and even more limited…
