  • This is making me feel better! As I did the math, I realized $70/week for 2 people is just $5 a day each which is NOT too much for all 3 meals, especially considering you can't even buy a "value" meal or a drink for that much! I'm just going to keep spending the money and eating in and eating right. $5 a day is worth it.
  • I don't think losing 4 lbs a week is healthy. Try to up your calories a little so it's just 1-2 lbs per week. Make sure you're getting calorie dense foods. Especially after a major surgery, you need to fuel your body so it can recover! Just my thoughts.

  • Just a guess, but maybe you were going a lot faster than you're used to. On a treadmill you can see your speed; outside you obviously can't. Make sure you are not pushing TOO much with the speed, just keep it steady and try to keep going.

  • I am slowly working up to this, and to hopefully looking like you all do! My workout routine is starting off slowly, but hopefully I'll be picking it up soon!   • Same here! I did my detox a little over a month ago and have been pretty good...well, better at least...since then. But the other day I had McDonald's breakfast and felt awful for a solid 24 hours. And I only ate half of it!

  • I have used salsa which is yummy, or an organic balsamic vinaigrette. I would also suggest mixing up the flavors of the chicken you put on it. While the lemon garlic one sounds delicious, if you have that all the time it will get boring. Try different seasonings, etc, or even different meat! The best salad I've ever made…

  • I have fallen in love with Bolthouse Farms Perfectly Protein drinks. The mocha cappuccino one is my favorite--you get your coffee, protein, and chocolate fixes all at once! A little high in sugar, but delicious
