To all your weight loss questions. Crazy I know :] but true!

At work now so not much time to read, but I will check it out later. I didn't see any listing of credentials on the site. I googled him and again it didn't list any, but said he was "the authority on sports nutrition and more specifically low- carbohydrate dieting". Since I'm not an athlete and don't eat low-carb I'm not sure how much relavence any of it will have for me though.0

the same reason people can learn tons from powerlifters, bodybuilders, or professional athletes, when they aren't doing any of those things.0 -

I would definitely check it out later then. Many many studies to read through, and so much to learn. Anyone interested in fitness or nutrition should be at least reading what Lyle has to say.0 -

I'm not sure why you have this hang up thinking that what applies for atheles does not apply for the average joe/jane.
