Oh, dear. Last week was pretty bad, I got sick and hardly did any exercise, and here it is. Time to get back on track! Congrats to everyone with losses! Hi! I'm new and I'd like in. I've been using MFP for almost three weeks and I'm doing pretty well, but it's been getting harder. I think I need more accountability.
