Lololol love this!

PB2 - I'll use a mix of 2 tbs of that and 1 tbs of crunchy real PB on my morning toast, comes out to about 2/3 the calories and you get more volume! also great in baking, to add to protein shakes, etc. It's amazing stuff.

I cut it into about 1" slices, paint em with olive oil, sprinkle w/salt, pepper and garlic powder and bake for about 25-30 minutes at 350 - delicious! Cabbage "steaks"

Optimum Nutrition Vanilla ice Cream! Soooo good, especially when mixed with milk!
-
I just got a spirulia slicer tool - basically you stick a zucchini in it and spin it around and it cuts it into "pasta" ribbons! Sautee w/a little olive oil and top w/whatever sauce you like! I've done meat sauce and a shrimp and scallop scampi sauce so far. Both were awesome!

Lol sometimes I even feel silly popping on the extra 2.5ers when I've already got 45lb plates on there! They are just so embarassingly weensy.

I probably drink about 130-150 ounces a day myself ... I weigh 140lb. Much of the time I'm still thirsty! I don't drink anything else other than 18 oz of coffee in the AM and a glass of wine at night. Just suck it down! Much easier with my camelbak than it would be with a regular cup. I recommend something with a straw for…

OMG I'm so excited!!!!

Optimum Nutrition is the best! I have the double chocolate - pretty tasty, the Cookies & Cream - love it!, and the Vanilla Ice Cream - seriously when mixed w/a little skim milk it tastes just like ice cream! Has a great carb to protein ratio as well.

A couple a week. Usually on the weekends - during the week my protein and fiber are generally under control with regularly scheduled snacking and meals. :)

I get up at 4:30 every morning M-F, eat my breakfast, walk the dogs and hit the gym, then home shower and off to work! I LOVE having it all done so I can spend the rest of the day focusing on everything else in my life. Not to mention the gym is WAY less crowded in the morning. I can't stand it at 5 and 6 when it's all…

Bake something, pet the dogs, walk the dogs, put on headphones and jam out for awhile ... depends on the why of the mood!

That only burns calories if you use a "Jump to Conclusions Mat".

Lol! Ron Swanson is my hero.

I know right, his priorities are so off - I think he was just mad that I was driving over the snow on the driveway before he could snow-blow it, thus making it a requirement that he shovel instead of snow blow. So lazy.
-
I hear you, my gym opened late this morning so I said I guess I'll just go into work an hour late - and he says oh no don't do that! Men :P
-
I walk mine twice a day, everyday. I don't log it as exercise since it's just part of my daily routine - and I eat on a TDEE method and don't care about "calories burned".
-
OMG yummmmmmmms

I absolutely love it! I'm rocking the Cookies and Cream right now, has a great flavor and dissolves very quickly. Just ordered the Double Chocolate and the Vanilla Ice Cream - both get outstanding flavor reviews as well.

Eggs, egg whites, lots of veggies (stuff for salads, roasting and steaming/sauteeing), some berries, apples, fresh lean meat (chicken breasts, steaks, lean ground meat), fresh fish, beans, 2% fat greek yogurt, cheese, bread and whatever else I may need for a recipe du jour!

Loooove cheese. I eat it all the time during meals (shredded on salads, slices on burgers, etc) and I usually snack on an ounce of something fancy at night (Manchego or something) and almost always eat a string cheese for a snack in the morning. Protein and fat! Noms!

Try Marshalls/TJ Maxx/Ross. They have some great deals on some great stuff!!
-
If you're eating TDEE-20% (which should include your exercise) then you don't need to worry about calories burned from individual days, it's already included in your daily intake calculation.

Ever so many! I love Haricot Vert (the skinny green beans) steamed or boiled or sauteed. Kale, blanched and then sauteed with garlic, salt and pepper. Bell pepper is always a great addition to any veggie side dish to give it a little different flavor. Brussel sprouts, which are good just with garlic, salt and pepper but…

Lol! 46 grams of protein for a woman???? I eat 150-170 .... OP, what about fiber? You're going to be so constipated ....
-
I love the regular Donut House one and the Golden French Toast (seasonal and out now!) is AWESOME.
-
A fresh, hot French baguette. I could probably eat two whole ones in 10 minutes, no problem. Noms.

100% this. If I have a couple drinks I'm not hungover and useless the next day by any means.
