I get up between 4:30 and 4:45am M-F. Get up, pet the dogs, brush my teeth/hair, etc and get on the gym clothes, eat breakfast, walk the dogs and head to the gym by 6. 15 min drive there, workout for an hour or so, back home, protein shake, shower and dress for work, make coffee, feed the dogs nab my lunch from the fridge…

Yesterday I had a sugar free fudgsicle, some dark chocolate toffee espresso beans, 2 pieces of chocolates with caramel in them .... and a tasty beer. :)

I'm not huge on Nutella, but the various Speculoos spreads (aka Trader Joe's Cookie butter) that are out nowadays .... OMG. I could eat a whole jar of that sitting down, no sweat off my back. It's even better on cookies :)

Work out daily in the morning M-F at the gym, 25-45 min of various cardio (different each day), light leg weights M and W, heavy upper body weights T and TH and big leg day F. I run 4 miles or so one day on the weekend and try to hike with the dogs or something on the other day.

Have to remind myself of all the delicious extra snack calories I'll burn off and how nice and toned I'll be come summer! 4:30 comes early but usually 2 minutes of lying there petting the dogs wakes me up and I can move.

Totally agree with this! 730 calories for a whole day? That's putting you at malnourished.

Look around the fitness boards on Pinterest! There are soooo many little at home workouts on there, tons of good ab sets and quick arm workouts.

For lettuce you can switch to romaine - it has a similar crunch to iceberg but much more nutritious! I like to mix a 1/2 and 1/2 blend of that and mixed baby greens so there is still some texture in my lettuce. A nice ripe avocado diced up and then shook around in a salad container will make a nice creamy "dressing" type…

If at all possible I like to take the dogs on a long hike - I think I'd starve if I didn't have exercise calories to eat back lol. It's also nice to just get out and do some sort of alternate active thing, play some sport with friends or something!

Definitely work out when sick! I very rarely get sick but if the occasional cold hits me nothing makes me feel a little better like hitting the gym. Just be careful with weights if you have any muscle soreness or achyness from it. Cardio is also an excellent hangover cure :)

I wouldn't substitute quick oats for rolled in baking recipes, they are different and will not bring you the same results.

Definitely Fage 0%! I eat it for breakfast with a couple teaspoons of raspberry jam, fresh raspberries, some flaxseed and chia seeds and 1/4 cup of granola. Absolutely delicious and 24 grams of protein!! :D
