You seem to be the judge and jury - stop judging others and keep attention on your goals, etc. Every time you point a finger at someone there are 3 pointing back at you. If you judge others there will be a heavier judgement on you one day.

I eat either Pepperidge Farms Whole Wheat Deli Flats for sandwiches and also Whole Wheat or multi grain breads and then only make a sandwich with only 1 slice. Try to replace the bread with veggies and fruits,

this week I did not loose any weight (didn't gain either) I will keep on keeping on. there will always be days like this.

thanks everyone for all the input. I've been having the same issues. Tried a lot and if they didn't taste good they were super expensive. OR, I get bored with the same flavors - - it's time to do some more testing. Thanks for the inspiration.

protein powder can be added to milk, juice etc. to increase your protein intact. I use it as a meal replacement for breakfast if I am running late. Depending on the brand you buy it tastes great, like a chocolate shake. Don't be afraid to try it. Of course some are horrible so you need to try and find what you like.

have you seen your doctor? Get checked out. It may be something simple like an under active thyroid or something that hindering you fro losing weight. That's what I found out. I just have to take a small pill everyday and I feel better and am losing weight. Make an appointment and talk to your doc.

any good cookbook has chapters on veggies. Also, you can get a vegan cookbook if you don't want to eat meat. I don't drink or eat anything with aspartame - it's not good for you. So I have no idea how much to add. I drink plain pure water and Zevia which is sweetened with stevia which is a natural sweetener. Do some research on aspartame and you'll see

NO!!!! it gets you feeling defeated if you don't see any loss. I weight myself once a week - every Saturday morning. That's it. And I always get a surprise by losing more than I thought I would. Give yourself a break, ease up and don't be so tough on yourself
