  • Isn't it amazing how life's little challenges can put the breaks on weightloss goals. I am hoping by having to account for my actions, I can stick with my goals. I have a tendency of "dieting tomorrow" as well. I noticed your mini-goal is to be under 200 by October. That's my goal too, so maybe we can encourage each other…
  • Wow! Just to say you've lost a hundred pounds is something to be so pround of. Funny how easily the pounds creep back on, but they sure don't come off that easy. If you've lost 100, you'll lose those 20 again too! Best of luck and thanks for the response to my newbie post.
