when I did it the first time round, I didnt loose any weight or inches, am now on my 2nd round, and it seems to be working

U need weights, u only need a mat if u got a hard floor, carpet is fine

Hmmmmmmm I went to Boots today to use the scales, they said I was 5ft 4.9", where as the other day I was 5ft 6" not sure on weight side, but they seem to be a little out, but going to stick with them, coz if they say I weigh more, then I think that'll keep me going

I'm on my 2nd round of it when I did it the first time, I had a day off each week, and didnt see any results, this time round I am on L1 D8 (doing it every day) and I have already lost 3"
