It's not crunchy, more chewy than anything. I don't like soggy anything but I do like Overnight Oats. You may want to try tossing some granola on top for crunch.

I gave up diet coke....I used to drink at least 2 - 3 cans a day. I have had maybe two in the last 10 weeks. I don't miss it and it doesn't taste the same to me now.

I am in, I am doing a sprint triathlon this fall and have only been running. My bike will be all tuned up by June 1st and I will be ready to go! I am in for the Goals - 2.4mi swimming, 112 mi biking, 26.2mi running. I am excited!

I just finished day 1! I am not going fast, about a 13 minute mile, but I am running :smile: I never thought I'd be able to run 25 minutes straight! Very happy today.
