This may work if cycles are normal and you have no medical issues but it is not 100%. I have PCOS so this method would not work for me. When I have something not in MFP data I try to find something closest to what I ate that will be nearly the same calories. It may not be exact, but if the food is similar or even the same food from a different place it shouldn't be to far off. Good luck and enjoy dinner :-)

Thanks!!!! Stepped on the scale this morning to see two LBS gone even while on vaca and now this dress?! Only makes me want to work even harder and gave me just the boost I needed. Enough of a boost that my dinner tonight will consist of a chef salad....cause this mama wants more clothes. LOL

I went in and deleted all weigh ins from a year ago so I only have the current ones from starting on MFP to see if that worked. As for the ticker? I did what was suggested in the link someone posted and it still didn't work. Oh well, why fret over a ticker?

Is there any way to walk some laps during your lunch break? Maybe while your kids are in their activities you can just walk around the field (or whatever they are doing). Also maybe join somewhere liek the Y where you guys can go together and make a family day out of it.

Grab some fruit--apples, bananas. grapes, etc. Also maybe some sandwich crackers (LAnce brand makes them in pkgs of like 6 crackers, all dif flavors). Ziploc baggies of the Special K cracker chips, granola bars, 100 calorie packs, etc :-) Good luck and have fun!
