How many calories are burned for you pulse/heartrate? Or..how high mut your heartrate/pulse go to burn calories? Husband got me a HRM over the weekend but it ONLY records my pulse/heartrate. I started the shred today and was wondering....are you supposed to take rest days and if so how often? I know it's 10 days for each level but no break was mentioned. Is that because the workout is only 20 minutes? I didn't think working out for 30 days straight could cause tearing and injury.
