Food Logging Question
Sorry if this sounds dumb...but I have a question about logging cereal. Does it include the milk when you log it? I've always logged the cereal and then the skim milk cause it doesn't say either way, but I want to be sure I'm not accidentally doubling my calorie intake first thing in the morning when I do that.

My weigh in this morning says I lost 2.2 LBS. I put my new weight into MFP and it says I lost 2.2 lbs and have lost 1.4 lbs so far. WTH?? How can I lose 2.2 lbs but only lose 1.4lbs? Also, my ticker didn't change...

Started upping my fiber intake
