Food Logging Question

Sorry if this sounds dumb...but I have a question about logging cereal.
Does it include the milk when you log it? I've always logged the cereal and then the skim milk cause it doesn't say either way, but I want to be sure I'm not accidentally doubling my calorie intake first thing in the morning when I do that.

Only way to be sure is to check the box - they usually have both calculations in there. Then doubel check it against what you've put in. *I* use the one without the milk.Sorry if this sounds dumb...but I have a question about logging cereal.

Since they have no idea what milk you're using - whole milk? Skim? Almond milk? Goat milk? It would be without milk - unless it specifically says and then you'd need to use that milk and the amount they are using to be correct.0
