and now I've had some "constipation" issues. I'm pretty sure this is topping me from dropping weight as I'm literally full (as well as eating what I need as I dnt feel hungry). I know fiber is good for you, and I didn't up it by much...I just dnt think my body is as used to it. Anybody else have this problem? What did you do/could you do to help?

May I suggest a well-stocked magazine rack in your bathroom?

I have had the same problem since going low carb years ago. I found the best thing that is 0 carbs or sugar is citrate of magnesium. You can find it in a glass bottle in the laxative section. It is a carbonated liquid with at least 2 flavors that aren't too bad. I drink about a tbsp. every day to stay regular.

Are you drinking enough water? More fiber will back you up unless you keep it, um, soft by drinking lots of water.

water and exercise. and more water and more exercise. oh and stop thinking about it:wink: try coffee and/or hard boiled egg.

when you say "fiber" do you mean a supplement? raw bran? I don't add anything like that to my diet - i just make sure to eat a lot of fruits, veggies, and whole grains, and drink a lot of water. I'm fairly regular.
