Benefits of exercise.....

I have so much new found energy since I've started making it a habit to exercise daily its unreal! Today I not only did the usual chores (dishes, trash, a load of laundry) but I went all out...I cleaned out my dghtrs closet and we cleaned her room together, I cleaned off my computer desk (that was scarey), I cleaned out my car then went to the extreme by hitting the car wash and even vacuumed the car and deep cleaned it (looks almost like brand new now!) and even began packing for our upcoming trip..all while chasing an active 3 year old. I would have NEVER been able to accomplish half of that before..doesn't seem like much but its a big feat for me :-)

All of this was AFTER I completed my workout today which I amped up my normal walk by alternating between walking/jogging. Normally I would be exhausted and wouldn't have accomplished half of what I did today. My husband may not recognize the house and all my spring cleaning if this keeps up. Besides from burning calories I found this to be a MAJOR benefit to working out and a motivation to do more. :-) I hope you guys are able to reap benefits (besides losing weight) as well and if not, keep it up and you will ! I'm just 2-3 weeks in and reaping rewards.
