Small, but painless NSV

I have RLS (restless leg syndrome) It has left me with a lot sleepless nights, a few kicks to the hubby, being kicked off the bed, etc. On top of that my left knee has felt "locked up" for several weeks. Kinda had the sensation of it needing to pop but it never did. Finally, charlie horses are a regular. Once a week if not more.
Since starting this journey about 6 weeks ago and becoming more active I have not been kicked out of bed or caused harm to my husband due to my RLS in about 3-4 weeks. I have only suffered one charlie horse and it was within the 2nd week. Even better, around week 4 my knee finally "popped" and hasn't bothered me since! My legs are no longer sore (cept from working out) and I am sleeping better....all because of diet and exercise.

:flowerforyou: Congratulations! Health related NSVs always bring a  to my face!
  • Congrats to you, it's a vicious circle. You can't sleep so you walk around tired all day and eat foods to try and wake yourself up. Then you put on weight and feel lethargic but sleeping gets harder. I'm glad you were able to break the cycle.

That is an AWESOME nsv! I know that we are all human, and vain though it may be, we all want to look better. But FEELING better is what it really should be about. Good for you!
