I think PART of my plateou is that I never figured my TDEE and was simply going off the calories MFP gave me. I have now figured my TDEE and (as I suspected) need to eat MORE calories. I am not eating enough and am going into starvation mode. So..QUESTION: How do I add my TDEE on here so it is reflected and my dairy/calories are set to TDEE level and not the lower amount MFP has? I went to change my setting and there was no option for me to add my own info (like TDEE)

From your home page, click Goals> Change Goals> Custom.

There is no starvation mode and from looking at your diary you are a long way from even causing a metabolic slow down. More likely issue is not recording food and exercise correctly. A budget of 1800 calories is not a cause for concern.

I JUST set the 1800 based on my TDEE. MFP had me at 1250 prior to me setting. I think it was to low

A properly set MFP goal + exercise calories should be somewhere around the same amount as a properly set TDEE -% goal.

For example, MFP sets me to 1500 calories + exercise 300 = 1800.
My TDEE - 10% (because I only have 10 pounds left to lose) = 1800.

You probably had MFP set to "lose 2 pounds per week", I'm guessing.
