Ugh, I am so mad at myself. You can also try to eat more fiber. Fiber also fills you up and makes you feel fuller longer. :smile:

I do not think that it is expensive to diet. Now that they have stores like Aldi's you can even buy fresh produce and it is still just the same as you would get at an expensive chain supermarket.
