I haven't had the chance to read through all the posts on here yet, but I am very interested to. Seems like most prefer Canon, I have been using Canons for upwards of 15 years so all my lenses are canon, but am thinking of making the switch and jumping ship to Nikon.....any opinions?

I am also a mom of 4...and have issues with my stomach but have been working on it. I am finding they are less visible and hoping that my stomach is also shrinking. I am almost finished level2 of 30ds...I will see if I can figure out some pics

Ok... for the end of the summer I would like to put in 40 days of a workout video. This means between July 1 and Aug 31, finish the rest of 30 DS and start and finish another one. Plus July miles challenge, 100km running and 200km biking...or if I run more then so be it, less miles biking. I am working on the C25K program…

I am totally the same right now with thinking where I could be if I had not always kept stating and stopping. It is frustrating knowing you have been at this point before (even though it was so long ago now I don't remember it) and that now it seems like starting over. This time, we will get through and beyond!

Just keep doing something. Everyone is different. I tend to sit at a number for a very long time (1-2-3 weeks) and then slowly drop. If you are consistent and serious the inches are coming off. Take pictures because even inches aren't taken at exactly the same spot every time...and well back fat never seems to be measured…

I am totally guilty of weekend issues too! I think anyone with kids is. Or a full time day job, or maybe even evening job. Monday to fridays are routine...once the weekend hits it is all about spontaneity and getting as much or as little done in the time you have. Who wants to make the time to get up early to workout? Totally do. The tape measure is the best way to see the losses. I am adamant on measuring and taking pictures. No one else ever needs to see or know, but I do and I always have something to go back to. And I do it EVERY TIME I am losing weight. Awesome job! And 20lbs is a huge difference. We don't always realize how much of a difference even those 5 lbs make, and once we accept that it makes this journey so much more effective!

I totally agree Canada doesn't get the cool stuff. I do like some of the carbonated waters, but I don't find I lose well when I drink them. My fall back on is lemon juice in my water. It makes it tart enough to keep wanting to drink it, therefore I tend to drink more water
