SW: 180 CW: 144.6 Goal: 24% bodyfat I am 5'1" and eat about 1700-1800 kcal. I do stronglifts 3x week and some type of cardio for an hour 2x a week. I actually just broke through a plateau by eating at maintenance for a week or two then cutting again at 15%.

I am eating about 1600-1800 calories, but I have 10 lbs. to go so weight loss will be slow. Does not bother me to much as I measure success through pictures and measurements. Try searching for "In place of road map 2.0", this is where I got started when I wanted to tweak my intake.

Agreed. I am 5'1" and my goal weight is also 135, started at 180. Now that I see what weight lifting has done to my body, I am leaning more towards measuring body fat. Currently I am at about 29% aiming for 24-25%.

Shorty here at 5'1" and I have been lifting for about 4 months now. No bulk here! In fact I am losing inches and gaining strength.

Agreed with what some the ladies are saying. It took about 2-3 weeks before I saw any weight loss so have patience and keep at it. Also try taking measurements. I havent had any weight loss for almost a month now, but I am losing inches so Im happy with that.

This is my first MYAC so I will set my goal to 20 - 30 miles.

I know that when I lost my first 7-10 lbs. people noticed. I think with us having such a small frame weight loss/gain is pretty noticebale. Thank you for the congrats, the journey has been tough and it still is, but the rewards are so worth it!

I am 5'1 and my goal is at about 130-135, but a healthy weight for my size is under 130. Currently, I weigh 144 started at 180, the sizes I wear depend entirely on the brand, sometimes I am a 5/6 other times 7/8 in jeans (hate the sizing). Since I am close to my goal I am focusing more on composition than the scale.

Feel free to add me as well. I just joined the EM2WL community and need friends with some of the same goals. Currently I am eating 1700 cals, but I plan on increasing my intake along the intensity of my workouts.

I stay away from the fried foods on the menu and go baked with steamed veges if possible. Or I order what I want and put half in a to-go box. That way I don't feel like I have to stuff myself just because its on my plate.

The same happened to me, but once I started looking at what I ate I realized I was not eating enough calories. I started eating smaller portions often throughout the day, more water less sodium and started losing weight again. Congrats on your weight loss by the way.
