Hi folks! The DVD arrived through Netflix yesterday and am stoked about starting. I have never done any video workouts before (lifted weights in HS) and so being here in MFP I think will help (or motivate) me tremendously. My goal is to cut some fat and also maybe increase my cardio endurance. My starting weight is 212 lbs…
