thank you for your input, and the suggestion on how to use them, lol. i bought some and theyre difficult to get down once they get moist. I didnt really know what else to do with them and was beginning to wonder if theyre even worth it. i think i can handle one tbsp.

I once read an article about artificial sweeteners and their pros and cons. From the article I reached the conclusion that splenda was the better product. I dont recall Stevia or Truvia being part of that article though.

A friend of mine turned me on to it, she has lost around 20 lbs, she says by using it with diet and exercise. However, I used it and did not lose a lb, but had SO much energy. I didnt even take the third pill. I'll tell you, I tilled my whole vegetable garden from start to end with a three-pronged hand tool one day after…

It sets your calorie goal for you? I didnt know that. I set my own.

Its very worrysome to increase my caloric intake by so much. I have started to increase my calories a little at a time and, of course, I am trying to make sure that those calories come frome healthy eating and not junk. Does this help iliminate the "plateau"?

im curious about my BMR, it seems so high. Ive always been told to consume around 1200 cals, but my BMR is around 1800...I am worried about consuming more calories. It seems crazy to eat so many more calories.

can you tell me where to change my goals at? I can find the weight goal and calorie goal, but havent seen where I can change my carb, protein, and fiber goals.

We did manicotti for supper. I did good and avoided the candy, but gave in to temptation with the homemade carrot cake and cream cheese frosting. Yum! I just figured this was going to be my cheat meal and I should just enjoy it and get over it. Today, I'm a good girl again, lol.

I've been warned that when this happens it's good to eat red meat for a couple days...:smile: Hope it helps, I haven't gotten that far yet.
